Toronto Markham, ON
Successfully Opened the Hotel in 2009, and went on to operate the property as the market leading asset in the area. Achieved over 80% occupancy for the final 5 years of operation leading to a successful sale in late 2016 at the highest price per unit for this asset class and brand in Canada. Achieved a return to the Owners of over 300%.
Hampton Inn & Suites
Barrie, ON
Appointed as Manager in 2011 and successfully ramped up occupancy to over 80% in the last 4 years of operation. This occupancy rate significantly exceeded competitors in the local market, and led to the successful sale of the property in late 2016 at the highest price for a Hotel in Barrie. The Owners received a 150% return upon sale of the asset.
Inn at Manitou
Manitouwabing Lake, ON
Appointed as Receiver/Manager for Inn at Manitou in mid-2011, achieved a successful sale for Lender in Early 2012.
