Meet the LHM Team
Minaz is a veteran of the Hospitality Industry. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Minaz has participated in or acted as a principal in numerous developments and acquisitions of various sizes. Areas of expertise include due diligence, structuring, brand selection and negotiation as well as financing, renovations, new construction, and third-party management.
Chief Executive Officer
Chad has spent nearly 25 years in the hospitality industry and has worked virtually every position in a hotel. Before joining LHM, he spent 20 years in some of the industry's largest, most well renowned corporate management companies. He held multiple General Manager positions at large hotels before taking on roles as Regional Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, President and now Chief Executive Officer.
His passion and expertise for the industry and hotel operations have allowed him to manage hotels all over Canada under multiple brands, including Hilton, Holiday Inn, Radisson, Wyndham and Choice. Chad is also a long-standing Director of the Ontario Hotel and Restaurant Association and has held seats on multiple brand and industry advisory boards.
Vice President Operations
Imran joined LHM Canada after spending a decade at the helm of a private multi-family residential portfolio in Western Canada. Imran brings a track record of success in operational optimization and value add transactions. He oversees construction of new developments and PIP implementation. His expertise includes asset management, project management, strategic acquisition, property management, sales, and customer relations.
Vice President Sales &
Patti spent 18 years as GM or Director of Sales with IHG and Wyndham brand hotels before becoming a Franchise Performance Manager for IHG. Patti oversaw a portfolio of 50 hotels across Canada and developed brand training in sales and revenue management. As a consultant Patti has worked with several ownership groups throughout Canada to enhance their IHG, Hilton and Wyndham branded hotels.
She focuses her efforts implementing training tools to improve hotel performance, sales efforts and RGI improvement. Patti holds a CHA designation and currently sits on the Owners Association Boards of IHG Americas Revenue Management, IHG Global Board Direct and Digital Channel Management, IHG Global Board GRS & Revenue Management, and IHG Canada Owners Association Board.
Director of Operations
Tracy has 25 years of hotel management experience with various brands including, Hampton Inn by Hilton and Friday Harbour Resort. At Friday Harbour Resort Tracy created The Experience Team, and lead it from pre-opening through to the operation and stabilization of the resort. Tracy is a passionate leader who works with hotel teams to build on their strengths and to push them to achieve their goals while working with the hotel stakeholders to ensure the overall business objectives are met and exceeded.
Director of Development
Anthony is an industry expert specializing in Hotel Developments across Canada. His strengths lie in identifying investment and development opportunities. Anthony has operated and developed properties for large firms including the Easton Hotels Group, Concord Hospitality, and Morguard Group. Anthony focuses on delivering sound investment advice and facilitating acquisitions.
